Building
Atty House. Atty tells the story of a house. Starting from an address, it pulls together public records, plans, photos and paperwork, so homeowners can ask questions about their home and get answers backed by a source. More on how I'm building it.
I'm also building Yak AI, which lets customers use a product by saying what they want, plugged into the product's own API layer; Indy, an agent you talk to by text that helps keep your day on track; and Emry, a private companion for people struggling with gambling. All four have people using them.
Alongside that, I'm a principal engineer at amaysim.
Exploring
- AI agents, and the infrastructure they need to act safely on someone's behalf
- AI-native application architecture
- Durable context and memory for agents
- Realtime systems
- Developer platforms
- Data products
Thinking about
- Agents or AI-enhanced workflows? When does a problem need an agent that decides its own next steps, and when is it better served by a defined workflow with AI in the right places?
Opportunities
I'm always interested in difficult product and engineering problems, particularly where technical depth and product judgement need to sit in the same person. Get in touch.
